The
Vision: Since 1951 when Campus Crusade for Christ was founded, our commitment
is rooted in Jesus Christ' command to
go and make disciples of all nations: (Matthew.
28:19-20). We
cooperate with millions of
Christians from churches of many denominations
and hundreds of
other |
| Christian organizations around the world
to help Christians grow in their faith and share
the Gospel message with their fellow countrymen. |

| Leaders Can Make or Break |
| By Bekele Shanko [Director of affairs for Southern & Eastern Africa] |
History has plenty on its pages about leaders who have shaped the world and the fate of humanity. Jesus understood the importance of having leaders of character for the good of humanity. For example, although He had preached to the multitudes and healed many from their diseases, Jesus spent most of His ministry developing twelve people who would continue the work He started. Jesus had time to influence prominent people like Nicodemus, Roman officials, Joseph of Arimathea, and Saul of Tarsus who became the Apostle Paul.
By passionately reaching out to them, Jesus wanted the leaders of His time to experience a meaningful, abundant, satisfying life and to influence others with goodness and righteousness. However such life is only possible if a person has experienced a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our desire in Campus Crusade is to continue doing what Jesus began: to help marketplace leaders experience and live for God in every aspect of their life. |
